Reworked sort by Match flags, now lists no flags first, then each flag combination.
Added new Files list sort item, Match Index. This will sort files so that those that are found to be related in the Match functions will be listed together. Only works for files matched by this version (or later) of FileList+.
Changed Copy function to use disk for storage to allow larger copy.
Added option to General Options dialog for performing Automatic resort after Scan, Rename and delete of volumes.
Added automatic sort by match index if no sort previously done, otherwise automatic resort if sorted by match flags or index.
Added more error messages.
Fixed bugs with non-operational menu item for Scan Options, progress dialog cancel, bombs on moving progress dialog, print header font, and other minor bugs.
